Refunds & Returns

All sales are final as each item in our store is a one-off, unique piece and is 100% handmade. Handmade ceramics have natural imperfections due to how clay dries once shaped as well as the glazing and firing processes. This differs from machine or factory made products. Handmade ceramics are art pieces. No returns or refunds will therefore be issued.

Damage

We are not liable for any damage, failed delivery or mishandling by the shipping service, domestically or internationally. All pieces are packaged with extreme care to protect if from damage. Unfortunately after your piece leaves the studio, we have no control over how it is handled by the courier service. We are not liable for any damage incurred post-delivery.

Shipping

I use door-to-door courier services and charge a flat fee of R120 for delivery anywhere in South Africa. For large orders, the price is determined by weight. Please allow for 2–5 days for delivery.

We currently do not ship internationally, but do contact us should you wish to enquire further.

Free collections are also welcome for those in Cape Town.
